Team and Expertise

Our team combines years of field experience, design knowledge, and project management capability. We employ skilled carpenters, concrete technicians, painters, roofers, and finish craftsmen who are trained to meet our quality standards. Project managers coordinate permits, trades, and timelines so that communication remains consistent and you always have a clear path to answers.

Licenses, Insurance, and Quality Control

NoCo Custom Contracting operates under appropriate licenses and maintains liability insurance to protect clients and workers. We follow a documented quality-control program that includes pre-construction reviews, milestone inspections, and a final walkthrough with documented punch lists. This system ensures every project meets our standards and client expectations before closeout.

Community Involvement

We are proud to work for neighbors across Loveland and surrounding communities. Our portfolio includes homes, community projects, and repeat clients who trust us for multi-phase improvements. We support local suppliers and subcontractors where feasible to keep Northern Colorado businesses strong.

Client Experience and Communication

We treat communication as a part of the finished product. From the first site visit, you’ll meet a project manager who will keep a predictable schedule of updates, document important decisions, and coordinate inspections. Our contracts specify scope, materials, and timeline so you know what to expect. We maintain a professional jobsite standard: protection of adjacent living areas, daily cleanup where feasible, and respectful crews.

Sustainability and Materials Philosophy

We encourage material choices that combine durability and reduced maintenance: low-maintenance decking materials, energy-efficient windows, long-life roofing, and quality siding systems. We recommend finishes and construction techniques that are appropriate for Colorado’s climate to reduce waste and replacement frequency.

Careers and Trade Partnerships

We collaborate with experienced subcontractors who share our quality standards. For individuals interested in joining our team, we look for people who value meticulous workmanship, safety, and client-first service. Our projects provide varied experience across carpentry, concrete, finishing, and project coordination.
